SurePoint Self Storage is state of the art storage! The owners are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond for their customers. The facility is new, easy access, and located approximately halfway between Sugar Land and Richmond/Rosenberg proper. If 10 stars were available, I would give them a 10 Star rating!
Brand new storage facility and conveniently located just off the highway.
Came into today to get a storage for my daughter. The process was so simple and easy, Mark Anthony Garza was such a great help. Explained all the process, took us on a tour of the facility showed our unit and both elevators to get to our unit. Felt right at home with his services and this place. Thank you so much for your help Mark.
Do not waste your money here. Their business ethics are appalling. I recently rented a unit here with the booking deal of after 2 months I get the 3rd free. The 3rd month is now here and Brent- the manager and also the one who booked my unit for me- says there is no note of that deal and besides, in order for that deal to be valid I would have had to pay the 2 months up front. Something he just so happened to neglect to tell me when signing up. If you do have to rent units here be sure to get everything in writing up front to avoid getting hoodwinked.
