We really can't say enough about this business and the highly service-oriented staff who runs it. We just completed what could have been such a stressful move, but it was seamless...and truly I credit All Star for that. They were so accommodating to let us use the moving van more than once and didn't charge us a dime for this awesome perk. The facility is always clean and feels very safe (I've even been there alone at night). I also really appreciate that every time I call, I talk to someone whose name I recognize because I've met them at the front desk or otherwise in person before. Really top-notch service from the day we first called to "shop" for a storage unit, to the day we removed the lock. We are so impressed by all they do for the community, too! HIGHLY recommend these people and this customer-oriented facility. If more small businesses ran this way the world would be a much better place!! THANK YOU and five stars for you, All Star!!
We needed a unit quickly and Mary was super! We received an excellent price and superior service. We have already referred one friend and I would recommend them to anyone. The facilities are very clean an easy to access. They even have a moving van that we were able to use for free which saved us even more $! This is the place to store your valuables, etc.

Rates are very competitive. Property managers are very customer-service oriented. Free use of the truck is a great benefit, just make sure you reserve it in advance.
