Great prices. Same day service, as long I get there early. Friendly staff. If I've ever had an issue it was taken care in a prompt manner!! I always bring my husband's clothes for heavy starch and they come out nice!! Will continue to use this place for as long as I'm in the area!!
My husband and I have been using this place for a few years. Last year alone we spent over $1500.00 for the year on cleaning. 3 weeks ago Yaweah lost my clothes! She gave an American flag summer cardigan & a light pink Ralph Lauren shirt to someone else. Roger claimed he had my husband on camera picking clothes up. He even swore his worker Yaweah held a conversation with my husband. We walked in & guess what? She told us & Rogers never paid eyes on my husband saying "I must've gave them to someone else". Today Veronica called & said she found cardigan but not shirt. Veronica is very sweet & nice. Even offered to clean it after saying the person brought it in ADMITTED to wearing it before returning it! So did a worker there yesterday! Too much!! Roger offered $15 for both a sweater over $50 & shirt $75! My husband told him to keep it & he will take his business else where! After weeks of us telling him we did not get my items back, & worker admitting she gave it away & people admitting they had it & wore it, $15 is hardly enough! Get this....he had no cash & wrote my husband a check!!
STAY AWAY FROM RICHMOND CLEANERS AND ROGER! HE WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF MONEY & GIVE YOUR CLOTHES AWAY WITHOUT EVER APOLOGIZING!
The counter staff are decent and the cleaning is ok. If they damage or destroy any of your clothes, forget it. The owner refuses any and all responsibility. There are better places to take one's clothes. Avoid this guy.
