It was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Cao was very professional and relaxed. He looked directly at me when he asked a question and also when I answered. He covered most of my questions before I asked. He was a very nice man- liked him already when I met him when I went with my brother to his appointment. Surely will see him again and have recommended him to my friends.
I absolutely love this doctor's office. Dr. Long Cao is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. He goes beyond to help us. There is no wait time for studies and we got answers and treatment immediately. You can contact him via email or in the office. They are extremely responsive and efficient. You will not spend all day waiting at this place. You can make an appt and still have a life!! I highly recommend Dr. Long Cao.
Dr. Long Cao is a well informed doctor. He takes a great deal of time to answer any questions. He is concerned about his patients and offers care that is very reassuring. At the end of visit, a printed summary is given to the patient. I find this is very helpful information to make sure I have every thing accurate as Dr. Cao had told me.
Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. My mother had to be seen bc of what we thought was food poisoning. And he was assigned as her Cardio Dr. She had 3 different doctors and he was the only one of three who procrastinated with her care. I guess she was an inconvenience for him because her sickness took a turn for the worst on Mothers Day and he couldn't break away from his family to do his job. Thank God for her gastric Dr and her primary who did whatever necessary despite it being Mothers Day. To add insult to injury the procrastination continued into Monday and Tuesday. Thanks to her other doctors my mother had mostly returned to her normal self and outside of one test this doctor had put off for several different reasons from day one of her being in the hospital. Well naturally we began to feel neglected as well as like maybe there was some milking of the insurance beginning to happen because for 3 days the urgency for this test was nonexistent. My mother asked about being discharged and he said fine but not on his approval. So let me make sure I understand you show up 2 days after she's admitted, the other diligent doctors do all they can to get her better from day one they succeeded and then you refuse to sign off on her going home bc they fixed the problem in you absence. And now she has to be seen by another doctor outside of here to get the prescriptions that have been helpful to her that you had nothing to do with. I wouldn't ask you to care for my goldfish and I am looking into who else I can report your negligence to.

But Dr. Bailey assured me I would be very pleased with his replacement Dr. Cao. He was exactly right. I find Dr. Cao to be a thorough and proficient cardiologist. He has outstanding communication skills and is an excellent addition to the medical care available. I would highly recommend him."
