It is very unfortunate that thus far this hospital has shown no professionalism nor competency. My cousin who is 20 years old has been back and fourth from the hospital because the doctors are either negligent or they just don't give a damn. She is 20 years old and being mistreated by her doctor and neglected by the hospital. She went to the emergency room numerous times, and, again this morning and all they do is just give some pain meds and discharge her. This is absurd and unacceptable I will be complaining to the Medical board regarding her doctor and reaching out to the people in charge of this hospital. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
I've used several hospitals for my father over the past few years and OakBend is on the top of my list. I couldn't believe how professional, tentative and caring the whole staff was at this hospital....very clean hospital too.
the nurses are amazing and took their time to listen and were very comforting. Had a horrible experience with the manager on the 4th floor where my wife was at. He was rude. He acts like is listening but cuts you short. He told me to put my wife's bag in the closet because it looks to messy. His aura was bad energy and was disrespectful.
I don't like going to hospital..but the doctors and staff were so very sweet and welcome me with open arms...I went in cause I thought I broke my toe but ended up bruising it very badly... Didn't wait long to get my x ray done on my toe and results came very quickly and ended getting my medicine that I needed all my questions were answered.I was out of there with less then 2 hours...I hope I don't ever have to go back to the hospital but if I do I will go back to Oakbend Hospital.
