The selection that this store has is incredible, and the only thing better than the selection of their products are the staff! I just built a home out here in November and from day one their staff has been very helpful more than any big city store. They really do go above and beyond to help you in what you need! I bought an ACE brand (chinese made) shower cartridge from this store and it leaked after install. They wouldn't take it back or let me exchange it for a higher quality product. Home Depot or Lowe's would replace or refund no problem. I went to Home Depot and bought a Moen (made in USA) part for the same price ($40) and it worked perfect. This isn't my first bad experience with ACE, and I'm not going back. Their return policy, quality, and prices are all sub par.
