I love this clinic... They care very respectable and Caring ppl they take great care of there patients and you don't sit in the waiting room forever...
Extremely rude front desk. I was there with my daughter for the first time and that's all it took to never want to go back and immediately switched my daughters doctor. They act like they are doing you a favor by having you there and seem to forget that if it wasn't for your business they would be out of a job. Dr. Bornstein was ok but I could not get past the extremely rude front desk personnel.
I love this clinic. They are always willing to work my kids into their schedule at the last minute. The nurses and staff are friendly. I would recommend, and often do recommend, this office to anyone with young children.
I hate coming here seriously. I have gone to this location but usually the one on grand parkway. All of the nurses are so rude and most of the doctors. They make you schedule an appointment for things they could have told you over the phone. They are always looking for money any chance they can. I made an appointment for my sons eye. We were there for 2 minutes, the doctor pretty much accused us of being the cause. My son gets popped blood vessels when he sneezes and she acted like that doesnt exsist even though Lindsey the other doctor told us thats what this was when he used to get them as a newborn. So if you want to deal with rude nurses and doctors rolling their eyes at you then this is the place to go.
Everything I come they say the same thing either they have a stomach virus or strep throat I don't they they know anything else it frustrates me so much I need to find another doctor to take my kids cause these doctors don't know anything plz don't bring your child here they also misdiagnosed what my child had took him to the er and they had to give him meds. And said he didn't even have a stomach virus
