The food was good and the portions were decent. Biggest complaint was that we had to wait 20 minutes in an empty restaurant because we were waiting on 2 people in a party of 10. We had kids so it would have been nice if we were seated especially because the restaurant was empty!
The review my Mr Nindro is accurate. I had been there several times, even though the PREVIOUS owner had no problem with me, I saw his behavior and was disgusted. However, I went on Wednesday this week and was flabbergasted on how the new owner is so calm and treats his customers with utmost respect. Quite frankly changed the whole ambiance. It is great that such professionalism still exists, KUDOS!
Okay, so the food has always been incredible, but the owner was a bit of a character, however, I just went yesterday with my family, and it came to my knowledge that there's a new owner! I could not believe how calm, professional, sober the new owner is, he wears a suit and shirt and is very kind, very rare to see these days. This change in service and behavior has completely changed my view on Nicks, probably a weekly visit from here on out. Anyway, the interior is really romantic and they serve astonishing food, All in All, I love Nicks Italian Restaurant, especially with the new management.
I've always loved the food here, but the owner was a really mean and non- professional person. However, earlier my girlfriend wanted to go there, and it came to my surprise that there is a new owner. I had the pleasure of meeting him and talk with him for a couple minutes. Not gonna lie, he's friendly, kind and caring. I couldn't be more satisfied with the food and the new management of the restaurant. I'm definitely coming back 10/10
Your garlic bread is pretty good, but I don’t get why even have online coupons if you're not going to really help your customers get the prices they’re after. Come on, guys. Throw me a bone!
