They have the best shrimp and grits ! Price is right. Also the pulled pork nachos are excellent along with the grilled chicken dinner with sauteed mushrooms was great. Yummy mac and cheese too! So far everything I have tried is excellent. Nice bar with everything you could ask for !
Clancy's is always a solid choice. They have the pub food standard fare like fish and chips, kidney pie, etc.. but the menu is also full of other great choices from salads to burgers to chicken and steak entrees. Pretty much something for everyone. They have a good selection of beers on tap as well. They have reasonable prices and good service. There are areas you can have a family gathering it you can hang out at the bar and have a pint with friends. Again, something for just about everyone.
Nice place, casual. I had the grilled salmon with green beans and rice pilaf; everything was cooked perfectly. Salmon was great, and the green beans were done with chopped bits of onions and bacon for extra flavor. My wife had the pulled pork tacos; she reported they were also excellent, served with fresh pico...they also came with the Clancy's 'house sauce' which is a creamy jalapeno; she ordered it with the house sauce 'on the side' which worked out because it was extremely hot...and she likes spicy food. We also had side salads; the honey mustard dressing was really good, better than average, as it was the coarse-ground mustard style. Big menu variety. We'll definitely be back.
Food so good. Been here 4+ times never had the same entree. Same fried cheese though, so good!! Come enjoy. Typically live music on fridays.
