Awesome company with an awesome team. Worked with Brett Ross, who managed the process from start to finish. He was amazingly polite and thorough as we walked through the process of getting our new roof. He arrived on time for every appointment that we had, and made sure that he communicated thoroughly throughout. He said that the roof would be started and finished in one day, which I doubted, but I should have listened. They had the entire thing done before I got home from work, and they were cleaning up when I got there. The end product could not have been better, and they even went above and beyond, taking care of a few things that were definitely not in the job scope. We also had the interior of our house painted through Brett and A1, and we were pretty pleased with that as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company - but if you call them, demand to have Brett!! You will not regret it!

From start to finish, Brad made us feel at ease about the insurance claim process, and from removal, installation to cleanup we are very happy with the look and quality of our new roof. Brad with Affordable 1 Home Services was wonderful. We needed our roof replaced after Harvey. He came out promptly, gave us and our insurance company a quote and dealt with the insurance company himself. His guys were prompt and professional and the work was complete, except a small part of the detached garage, in 1 day. They were back the next day to finish the garage and do a roof walk to make sure nothing was missed. I was skeptical about them picking up all the nails in the yard but neither us nor our lawn guy has found any. They also did some repair work in our living room and one bedroom where the roof leaked and drywall repair and painting was needed. This was a different guy and he did a great job, was very professional. I can’t say enough good things about this company and Brad!
Robert Burger and Brett Ross were awesome! They handled all details of my new roof from start to finish. All I had to do was make an initial call to my insurance company. My new roof looks great!
