This has it all ! Customer service is outstanding!! They can't do enough to please!! Not many places have employee who really care about their customers. Rates are also the best in town and the units are clean and well kept which makes it easy to move your stuff in in no time ! I would highly recommend this facility if needing a place to store your valuables.
Representative was sharp, smart, and helpful. This is my second time to store stuff and I really like the great fast customer service.
This makes for better security of our items being stored. The office staff is very friendly and will to lend a hand if ever needed. I have rented from other storage places in past and the office staff would not even talk to you in passing. Simple but so important they even have public restroom open and away from office in the event you are there afterhours. Thank you Stephanie and Bernard for making it possible to have office open anytime we send a friend or have ??. I can only hope everyone has the same experience and since of security as we feel with this location.
Bernard is one of the nicest businessman I have met. Made this very quick and easy and workable. We came back to this location from being here before due to convenience and price.
The unit hallways are always clean. There are several tenants we have met that have multiple units and been here a long time.
