What a gigantic space! Great entertainment and food. Prices are average for today. Saw an action movie in one of the large screen cinemas and it was pretty nice. Comfortable seats as well. I do like that you can choose your own seats when purchasing tickets at the kiosk.
I normally have a pretty good time at this movie theater, however the last time I went to see a movie here I was fairly disappointed. Everything went well until I handed my credit card to the young lady that was handling my order for food and drink. I gave her my credit card and she never came back with it. I spoke with her briefly letting her know I never got it back but she said otherwise. She said she would check again but the movie ended and she never came back. There was another person that I ran into on the way out of the movie and I spoke with him about the issue. He has no explanation as to why I never got my credit card back and referred me the the police officer that was on duty at the time. Obviously the police officer couldn't do anything. I am not upset at the lost credit card, I am upset at the customer service afterwards. The lady that took my card never returned and the man i spoke with regarding the card also seemed to have run off. If I didn't approach these employees I would have walked out of the theater and no one would have noticed that my credit card was never returned to me.
Theatre 14 on 11/09/17 7:25. The worn out or filthy screen ruined our movie experience! Replace them already! I should have spoken with the manager and requested a refund but I didn't want to upset my Mother and cancel our evening plans. Regal has the $1 cinema vibe now... but still premium priced.
great appearance from the outside and in the very impressive lobby. good sized arcade for a theater and a nice bowling ally next to that. Food is about what you would expect for a movie theater. Popcorn is made and then bagged to sit on the shelf for quick service. I wish they would not do this because the popcorn gets cold and stale quickly. drink system is nice and offers free refills. Seats in the theater could be improved for comfort, but offer nice trays for your food.
I was very impressed with the building and large variety of activities offered besides movies, like restaurants, sitting areas, and games. My movie was shown in a place with very comfortable reclining seats. You could also push for service if you wanted something to eat or drink, I suppose.
