Sadly we have had the worst experience having worked with Bob Dawson. He will call you non-stop for your business, and once he has your money...good luck trying to get a hold of him. We tried to cancel since he was unable to complete the work within time period he agreed with before transaction. After so many calls and finally hearing from him...he is trying to take advantage of my father by calling him and telling him he will be reimbursed only a percentage of what he actually charges. My sweet father, unaware of pricing just said ok. There's so much more to our experience but it's so over whelming. I ask that you all be very careful who you will select for contracting monument work. Dawson will take advantage of the situation and cheat you if he can.
